Further to your Samsung S23 repair: the replacement screen was fully functional at the time of collection and payment. The device was returned the following day with a non-functioning screen. We submitted the handset to the supplier for independent assessment. They have confirmed the presence of physical damage to the corner of the screen and, on that basis, have declined the warranty claim. Physical damage is not covered under warranty. As the fault was not present when the device left our possession, we are unable to accept liability. Please advise whether you wish to proceed with a chargeable repair or collect the device.
